How long does each week's work take?

Each week's reflection takes about 30-45 minutes. The workbook includes Scripture, reflection questions, journaling space, and practical exercises for integrating what you've learned.

Will this help me forgive and move on?

Emergence doesn't rush forgiveness or moving on. Instead, it helps you process what happened, extract meaning and wisdom, and build a new foundation that integrates your experience. Forgiveness often follows when you're ready.

What if I'm still in crisis - is it too early for Emergence?

Emergence is organized in 5 phases of post-crisis integration: Processing, Meaning-Making, Integration, Growth, and Purpose. Each week builds on the previous, creating a coherent journey through 30 weeks.

Can this work for individuals, or is it a group-only?
